Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds:

Customers may request a refund for cancellations made at least 12 hours prior to the rental period. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made less than 3 hours before the rental start time.

Condition of Equipment

If the wheelchair is returned damaged or in poor condition (beyond normal wear and tear), a partial refund may be issued at the discretion of the rental service.
Customers are responsible for inspecting the wheelchair upon receipt and reporting any pre-existing damage within 1 hour.

Refund Process

To initiate a refund, customers must contact our customer service via phone or email, providing their order number and reason for the refund.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to source account after approval.
