Why we exist
A mall visit is a small outing for most people and a real undertaking for many others — an elderly parent, someone recovering from an injury, a family juggling a baby and a bag, anyone who simply cannot walk the whole building.
We started Wheelerz so that help is something you can count on rather than hope for. Book it in a minute — online or in our app — and it is ready when you arrive, run by a team at the mall who know it well.
Real people, not just equipment
Our attendant services put a trained team member with you for the whole visit — they meet you, stay with you, and see you back.
Clear, fair pricing
You see the location’s rate before you pay, with GST shown as its own line. Hourly services bill the first hour, then only the minutes you use.
Your information, handled carefully
Where an ID is held for a self-use rental we record that it was taken and returned — we never photograph or copy it. Card and UPI details stay on PhonePe’s page and never reach us.
Always know what is happening
Every request has a live status: who has been assigned, when they have reached you, and what you have paid — on the website and in the app.
